Abstract
Article on rural workers' (and esp. Agricultural workers') trade unions in Cameroon - examines the effectiveness of a unified national level trade union structure and the activities of primary sector unions vis-a-vis the National Union of Cameroon Workers; considers the financing of the NUCW and the situation of the rural area self employed; suggests that workers education programmes would help improve union efficacy.
