Abstract
Case study of Nigeria, based on the findings of an ILO mission undertaking a technical cooperation pilot study in the field of rural employment promotion, as an example of current trends towards urban attitudes and conditions in rural area settlement and housing and in building practice in developing countries - covers changes in traditional concepts, the emergence of a rudimentary construction industry, etc.
