Review of the results obtained in Morocco and Tunisia from the scheme adopted in many developing countries of utilising labour force affected by unemployment and underemployment for public service and social work. Examination of the impact thereof on economic growth and rural development, of the financial aspects and the economic implications. Problems of recruitment of supervisors, training programmes and promotion.
