Abstract
Article comprising a case study of relationships between internal migration (esp. Rural migration), technological change and agricultural production in India - concludes from a local level survey undertaken in the Punjab region in 1977 that rural migration and return migration improve crop yields and overall agricultural productivity through the use of more efficient cultivation techniques and adoption of agricultural mechanization.
