Abstract
Article describing a work organization Experiment aimed at improving working conditions and work environment as well as increasing workers participation in small scale industry in Peru - outlines experiences with workers self management, industrial committees and production cooperatives, etc. During the 1968 to 1980 period, and focuses on the role of the national institute of research and action for development in support of quality of working life with greater labour productivity.
