Abstract
Human resources planning, employment policy and economic integration in Peru - labour force trends and a forecast based on available population and human resources data collecting. Analysis of general education, vocational training and technical education to meet the skilled labour demanded for promoting the economic development of the country. Particular attention given to the work being done by the government employment service.
