Abstract
Article reviewing results of a series of ILO-initiated experiments using 'key informants' for local level data collecting of labour market information (labour force and employment) in South East Asia and Antigua and Barbuda - covers organization, implementation and project evaluation, and considers reliability of the data collecting methodology.
