Study of the implications of human resources planning within the framework of overall economic planning in the Philippines - includes (1) assessment of occupational structure and employment effects of national planning targets, (2) forecasts and estimates of the skilled labour demand to realise these targets, (3) quantitative estimate of labour force lack of balance and measures to eliminate it, (4) description of the education system.
