Abstract
Evaluates the Fonds de Solidarite des Travailleurs du Quebec (FSTQ), Canada's oldest labour-sponsored venture capital corporation which provides capital and services to small and medium-sized enterprises for the creation and retention of jobs and the education of employees in order to facilitate their involvement in the economic development of the province.
