Abstract
Article on comparison of factors influencing the success or failure of new forms of work organization in Indian and tanzanian enterprises - finds that chances of success can be greatly improved if full consideration is given to climate of labour relations, management techniques, revision of wages and wage incentives, etc., and concludes that labour productivity effects of new organizational forms are as applicable in developing countries as in more advanced countries.
