Abstract
Article commenting on the influence of ILO conventions on national labour legislation and practice in Colombia, with particular reference to recent labour code amendments - discusses the impact of ILO labour standards on the employment conditions of the woman worker and seafarers, basic human rights, social security, labour administration, the influence of unratified conventions and ILO recommendations.
