Abstract
Case study of the wages of civil servants and teachers in Iran, Islamic Republic to illustrate the relationship between public sector earnings and educational planning - examines the impact of public administration on educational priorities by its influencing educational expenditure and wage determination of its own employees, and suggests that future educational policy implications will be in the direction of increased expenditure on primary education.
