Abstract
Paper on the livelihood guarantee funds, based on collective agreements, set up in Belgium to provide workers victims of involuntary unemployment (i.E. Seasonal unemployment), with social assistance, added to the benefits provided by general social security scheme, and ensuring them a decent standard of living - comment on social security legislation establishing such funds.
