Abstract
Article commenting on existing and needed labour legislation regarding employee rights to patent their inventions - reviews changes affecting the financing of inventions, wage payment systems for employee-inventors, etc., Outlines types of rights (property, moral, and pecuniary) and considers approaches to national and international law relating to the protection of intellectual property (WIPO) and patent laws in both capitalist countries and socialist countries, with a view to a possible future ILO labour standard.
