Abstract
Article on labour mobility channels in local level labour markets, based on research in Neuchatel, Switzerland - analyses the structure and characteristics of local labour markets in terms of mobility channels which govern employment opportunities and career development; uses these insights to consider implications for local employment policies, esp. to counteract the effects of industrial restructuring.
