Abstract
Article commenting on the labour legislation provisions governing the administration of funds and property for the financing of trade union activity, with particular reference to the implications thereof for freedom of association - demonstrates that the public authorities in many developed countries and developing countries continue to exert a wide range of supervisory and administrative powers.
