Article contrasting investment return results regarding vocational training provided by the national level industrial apprenticeship service (senai) as opposed to academic vocational education of industrial workers in Rio de Janeiro and sao paulo - maintains that senai vocational schools meet manual worker training needs of firms with more success than the educational system.
