Abstract
Article on how the common external tariff (tariff agreement) could be used to improve employment creation in the andean group (Andean region customs union) - stresses the need to devise, besides the cet and export promotion policies, other integrative instruments to boost employment, particularly through increasing labour intensive choice of technology in the agricultural sector.
