Abstract
Examines the different levels of corporate organization in order to identify the issues raised by today's new financial and production relationships, both within and between firms. Explores the challenges that positive law faces in addressing those relationships, focusing on three questions of crucial concern to labour law: industrial relations and corporate decision-making power; the contract of employment and identification of the employer; and working conditions and occupational safety.
