Abstract
Article, comparison commenting on disciplineary law (labour law) in selected OECD countries, India and Sri Lanka - examines sources of law, judicial procedure (incl. Defence of employees, participation of trade unions or shop stewards in disciplinary decisions, and penal sanctions), conciliation and appeals procedures incl. Grievance procedure and appeal to arbitration.
