Abstract
Article on the gravity of structural unemployment in sri lanka, particularly among young workers and university graduates - suggests a number of educational reforms and employment policy measures to remedy the situation created by the failure of the economy to provide the sort of jobs that secondary education school leavers feel entitled to expect, and urges the need for external trade and aid measures.
