Abstract
Article presenting a basic needs approach to problems of unequal access concerning rural area production factors, public services and technological change in Bangladesh - shows how low incomes and limited access to agricultural credit, chemical fertilizers and rural institutions, constitute a vicious circle of rural poverty.
