Abstract
Article on workers participation in management in Sweden - covers (1) the works councils agreement signed by central employers and workers organisations in april 1966 and the provisions thereof in respect of labour productivity, job satisfaction and joint consultation, and (2) a second agreement in respect of a top-level joint council to guide research in respect of labour-management cooperation and to promote training courses in respect of cooperation at the company level.
