Article on the 1986 Co-Operation Agreement concerning workers participation and personnel policy in the private sector in Denmark - reviews previous Co-operation Agreements concluded between the LO trade union federation and DA employers organization; discusses the role of co-operation committees (codetermination) and of the central Co-Operation Board.
