Abstract
Article commenting on labour legislation in the USSR relative to occupational safety and occupational health of the woman worker and discussing how women's employment opportunity (equal opportunity) is preserved - analyzes biological factors and social role (role in the family) which underly the government's determination to pay special attention to women's working conditions.
