Abstract
Article commenting on the influence and role of ILO study group's recommendations on labour legislation enacted in Spain in 1971 concerning trade union rights - outlines recommendations relating to the election of trade union leadership, autonomy for occupational organizations, the independence of the trade union organisation and freedom of association, and discusses how far the act follows those recommendations.
