Abstract
Article reviewing vocational training and employment opportunities for socially disadvantaged and unemployed youth in developing countries - examines the role of ILO and other UN and specialized agencies in organising training courses and building up training centres; reviews rural employment problems; advocates educational policy alternatives to eliminate unemployment and meet educational needs.
