Abstract
Article, comparison of national level labour legislation concerning disclosure of information to trade unions in the USA, UK and Sweden - highlights problems from the trade union point of view and demonstrates that the law on disclosure is constrained by traditional union attitudes and management attitudes towards collective bargaining.
