Abstract
Article on effects of international labour standards on labour legislation and social legislation in Zambia - comments on legal provisions and practice with regard to forced labour, freedom of association, and racial discrimination and sex discrimination; discusses the role of ILO guidelines in influencing Zambian social policy, employment policy and labour administration; considers the technical cooperation provided by ILO to implement the standards.
