Article in an ILO pub commenting on legislation in Norway concerning compulsory public service health service by dentists to meet labour demand for such professional workers and to solve labour shortage problems in respect thereof - discusses the incompatibility of such social policy and the human rights aspects of freedom of occupational choice.
