Abstract
Article commenting on labour legislation governing dispute settlement procedure within the framework of the labour relations system in Argentina - covers voluntary and compulsory arbitration and conciliation, the classification of labour disputes, restrictive practices, strikes and lockouts and gives the historical background to the trade union movement and collective bargaining practices.
