Abstract
ILO pub-wep pub. Article outlining findings and conclusions of an ILO Mission to the Philippines, (sponsored under the WEP), which could be relevant to employment and economic growth in other developing countries with broadly similar economies - indicates a need for economic policy priorities to expand rural industry and labour intensive export oriented industry, to improve income distribution, land reform and interest rate reform, etc.
