Abstract
Examines the nature and structure of unemployment in Morocco, highlighting the extent of graduate unemployment, and assesses the outcome of the Employment Action Programme. Demonstrates the diversity of the population targeted and of the local actors and the labour market. Proposes further measures for the State's campaign against unemployment.
