Abstract
Comment by the International Metalworkers Federation (IMF) on issues of restructuring and rationalization, such as delocations, subcontracting, and casualization that leads to a flexible labour force and conditions of insecurity. Stresses that the application of the ILO's basic labour standards is vital to a fair globalization.
