Abstract
Article on comparison of employment policies (western Europe, Canada and USA) intended to diversify employment opportunities and create a better division of labour with respect to woman workers - considers the existence of labour market segmentation, and presents an evaluation of recent measures to eliminate sex discrimination and enhance equal opportunity, commenting on related labour legislation.
