Abstract
Article, comparison of legal aspects of workplace discipline in selected developed countries and developing countries - reviews sources of law relating to discipline incl. Labour legislation, collective agreements, work rules, the labour contract and case law; examines the approach of legal systems to disciplinary offences and penal sanctions; considers the influence of legal theories of criminal law on disciplinary law; includes brief comments on legislation.
