Abstract
Article summarising the findings of an ILO Mission to study problems of economic growth in Liberia and suggesting development policies for increasing overall economic development - discusses underemployment in the rural areas sector and its impact on urban areas unemployment and outlines development strategy objectives in respect of agricultural mechanization, primary education and curriculum development, foreign investment, tax reform, etc.
