Abstract
Article reporting on a survey of the causes and effects of occupational accidents in industry in the UK - concludes that occupational safety is to some extent dependent on the effectiveness of communications and joint consultation within an enterprise and that supervisors would benefit from greater provision of safety training training programmes.
