Abstract
Africa south of Sahara. Study of problems resulting from population differences and varying stages of social integration and standard of living in some countries of West Africa and of their possible obstruction of rural development schemes - includes integration of rural planning into national planning, taking into account not only economic data but also such aspects as the social structure, cultural factors and tradition.
