Abstract
Article examining the efficiency of aptitude testing and the occurance of discrimination against candidates for employment, thus reducing employment opportunities for minority groups in the USA - evaluates the validity of tests, cultural factors, etc., and proposes the use of other recruitment and selection techniques.
