Article on the use of participatory research as a teaching method for adult education conducted by the International Cooperative University in Latin America - describes concept of participatory action research as a pedagogics model which aims to encourage collective action and popular participation rather than relying on conventional didactic methods; discusses role of ICU in community development and cooperative education; mentions role of ILO (incl. MATCOM) and role of UN.
