Abstract
Sketches the form of economic reconstruction and co-operation advocated by the author and indicate the principal outlines of the needful preparatory work, which will make a call on the competence and efforts of the great international institutions, in particular the International Labour Office, the technical organisations of the League of Nations, and the International Institute of Agriculture.
