Working paper analysing the possibilities of employment creation and production capacity increase through multiple shift working in developing countries - covers capital formation, capital worker ratio, labour intensive choice of technology, etc., and considers their effects on employment creation particularly in the manufacturing sector, includes comparative data on developed countries, and constitutes part of a WEP research project.
