Abstract
Based on data from the Argentina Encuesta de Desarrollo Social and Argentina Encuesta sobre Actividades de Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes, conducted in 1997 and 2004, illustrates how the composition of children's time between school and work changed over this period. Shows that the progress against children's employment is the product of both a decrease of the share of children combining employment and school.
