Abstract
Aims to develop usable indicators of the concept of social dialogue as part of the ILO's efforts to develop operation measures of decent work. Examines the concept of social dialogue, looks at past approaches to its measurement and discusses the implications for developing indicators and collecting data. Describes and justifies the proposed indicators.
