Abstract
Examines the role of ILO technical assistance in strengthening social dialogue and integrating decent work into the poverty reduction process in Cambodia. Assesses the current participatory process among the social partners and proposes strategies for the promotion of decent work, improving working conditions, skills development and social protection.
