The paper covers the findings of Employer Skills Needs Survey in 2012. This survey is the first of its kind and coverage in Cambodia that aimed at understanding the needs of employers in finding and hiring workers. It reports on the existence of skills, as well as skilled and unskilled labour shortages in the six recently growing sectors in Cambodia including accommodation, construction, finance and insurance, food and beverages, garments, apparel and footwear, and rubber and plastics.
