Illuminates the concepts of rights, distinguishing between legal and moral rights. Discusses their relevance with respect to the needs and conditions of the developing world, considering in particular issues of deregulation and rights-based regulation, human rights, poverty reduction, etc. Concludes with policy options for implementing rights at work.
