Abstract
This brief explores the challenges traditional companies face in fully harnessing the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Drawing parallels with historical shifts like the assembly line, the brief argues that AI adoption requires a holistic rethinking of work processes rather than incremental improvements.
