Abstract
This report will set out the principles and development methods applied, reviewing differences in implementation, membership and activities across the partners. Based on the observations and lessons learnt from these pilot activities, the report will then go on to make recommendations and provide guidance that may be considered for wider implementation in the Indonesian vocational system.
